Garbage & Rubbish

  • Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers. Approved container shall be leakproof and covered with close-fitting covers .
  • All exterior and interior property areas shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage.
  • Containers shall be placed at pick-up site no earlier than 24 hours from scheduled pick-up and removed no later than 24 hours after scheduled pick-up time.

Snow Removal

  • Snow and ice shall be removed no later than 24 hours after snowfall.
